How it works

Open the builder
Click the button above, then sign in with the email and PIN you were given.

Fill in the fields
Type this issue's content into the labeled boxes on the left: issue number and date, the spotlight, the five stories, and the calendar. The preview on the right updates as you type. Leave any story blank to hide it.

Add your links
Each button, Read, and RSVP has a link box. Paste the web address you want it to open.

Add the spotlight photo
Upload a photo straight from your computer in the builder. It is stored and added to the email automatically. Leave it blank for a clean placeholder.

Copy the email
Click Copy email HTML at the top right.

Send from Constant Contact
Create a new email, choose the Custom Code layout, paste, add your subject line, send yourself a test, then send.
Your work is saved
The builder saves as you type on the computer you are using, so you can close the tab and come back. Moving to a different computer? Click Save draft to keep a file, then Load draft on the other computer to pick up right where you left off.
The design is protected
Colors, fonts, and layout are locked to the FCSN brand, so every issue looks consistent and nothing can break.
